SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking All international orders include a tracking number provided via email once shipped.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Afrocentric is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
EU Customers Orders shipped to the European Union are subject to applicable VAT. Delivery times may vary by country. For returns, EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling off period under EU consumer law.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at annorbea127@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
