Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In original condition with all tags attached
In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Sale or discounted items
Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Custom or personalised orders
Digital products
Print-on-demand items (unless defective or damaged)

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at annorbea127@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

EU Customers

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
