Can I change or cancel my order?

We ship worldwide to Ghana and 29 international countries including the US, UK, EU, Australia, and more.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by region:

  • Europe (EU & UK): 10–25 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days
  • Ghana & West Africa: 14–35 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–35 business days

How much does shipping cost?

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update.

Who pays for customs and duties?

The following are non-returnable: sale items, jewellery, custom/personalised orders, digital products, and print-on-demand items (unless defective).
