How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in production or dispatched. Please contact us immediately at annorbea127@gmail.com if you need to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes! You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

We ship worldwide to Ghana and 29 international countries including the US, UK, EU, Australia, and more.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3β7 business days. Delivery times vary by region:

- Australia & New Zealand: 10β30 business days
- Ghana & West Africa: 14β35 business days

Will I get a tracking number?

The following are non-returnable: sale items, jewellery, custom/personalised orders, digital products, and print-on-demand items (unless defective).
